Diana is a gorgeous ballgown fit for a princess. This is a high quality satin ivory dress, Mikado.
The short sleeve arms are gathered giving it a rich regal look that then leads to the 2 buttons that make it a tight fit. The symmetrical deep V in the front leads to the folds and buttons on the waist.  I have added a belt for decore addding to the richness. 
Diana has a cathedrial train, although you may think this dress is simple, by adding a cathedrail/regal veil, this dress is gorgeous.
